I have 4 children ages 5.5(special needs), 3, 2, and 5 months. I know you might be thinking 4 kids is a lot of work but not with mine. They are loving, well behaved, and happy kids. I need someone reliable, honest, gentle, loving, and patient to look after them so that I can return to work. In addition to the basic duties I would like you to be able to take the kids swimming, meet my oldest at the bus (which will drop her off just outside), and constantly and consistently interact with all of them through out the day. We would like someone who we would be able to trust. Our oldest daughter is disabled, but we want to be treated the same as our others when possible. Pay is negotiable but will depend more on how well our children take to you rather than experience and will only be discussed after we have talked and done our own background check. We are good hearted, honest, and generous people. Occasionally we will need either a Friday or Saturday night but we will pay extra for that night.
